The Executive Assistant is a highly responsible support position that assists all aspects of the administration work for Coast Life Support District. This position is an in-house position currently scheduled at 24 hours a week.
Qualifications:
• Education and experience: Any combination of education, training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.
• Skilled in Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Williness to take on projects at the direction of the EMS Chief, Finance Officer and CLSD Board Secretary.
Responsible to:
• EMS Chief.
Duties:
• Assist with administration functions of the position as directed.
• Attend all Board of Directors meetings and document minutes.
• Assist the Secretary with any duties associated with Brown Act and compliance with both Mendocino and Sonoma County political offices.
• Receive and scan all mail into database.
• Print and send off monthly checks for accounts payable.
• Assist contacting patients with outstanding bills identified by the ambulance billing company as directed by finance officer.
• Scheduling of the training facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
