This important role serves as an ambassador for The Sea Ranch Association (TSRA), ensuring community-wide safety and compliance for members, guests, and visitors through direct education and engagement. TSRA SCA’s are a conspicuous presence, patrolling all areas of The Sea Ranch in an official vehicle or on-foot. They educate and enforce TSRA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Rules and Bylaws, documenting infractions and issuing warning notices as necessary.
